WE ARE a facility that has no hidden fees. One monthly bill covers room and board, snacks, linen and personal laundry service, housekeeping, beauty/barber care, personal care (assistance with ADL's, transfers, showering, etc) and incontinence care supplies
WE ALLOW our existing residents to use hospice services so you "can age in place"
ROOMS: Our semi-private (shared) room rate starts at $2900/month. We offer semi-private (shared) rooms(only for female patients or a couple-husband and wife, brother and sister, etc.) and private rooms(for male or female patients). All care and services are included, as mentioned above, except transportation, personal clothing and medication. Medication is delivered by the pharmacy and the cost is covered by the insurance. Copayment will be patient's responsability. The final price is based on patient's assessment and level of care. Method of payment can be one or some of the following combined: private funds (pension, social security, savings, other assets), long term care insurance (that pays in most situations from $100/day and up or 80% of the assisted living cost per month), veteran benefits, Medicaid Diversion (pays up to $1200/month. If your income exceeds $2022/month you still qualify for Medicaid Diversion. Call us for more info.). Medicare, or any other medical insurance, DOES NOT pay for residing in an assisted living facility. Medicare pays ONLY for short term stay in a rehabilitation unit, doctor visits, home health services, hospitalizations, hospice care, etc
WE ACCEPTinsulin dependent diabetics (that receive insulin once a day the most) but we charge an additional fee to the room and board charges ($500/month) if we need to administer the insulin. The additional fee will not apply if the patient is able to self administer the insulin or the primary insurance is traditional Medicare
WE PROVIDE day care and respite care (no deposit required). Day care rate is $75/day (regular hours 7a-6p) and respite care rate is $150-$175/day (depending on accommodations and bed availability).
WE WORK with most MEDICAID DIVERSION programs (read more).

Assisted Living Cost - In General
According to last year's MetLife Assisted Living survey, the average monthly cost of an assisted living facility in U.S. was $2,524 per month, or $30,288 per year, meaning that costs have climbed 15% in the past year.
Services included in the base price of an assisted living facility larger than 6 beds are usually limited to three meals per day, assistance with activities of daily living, social activities, medication management, laundry and housekeeping. Additional fees may be charged for services such an increase in frequency and time for personal care, laundry needs over and above the basic service, meals delivered to the living quarters and dementia care.
Assisted Living Facilities are owned and operated by both for-profit and non-profit organizations and can range in cost from $800 to $4000 or more per month, depending on where you live. Fees may be inclusive or there may be additional charges for special services. Costs are generally lower than for in-home care or nursing homes.
In home carecosts vary greatly and will be dependent upon the level of skill required. Beside the expenses that you will have by maintaining your home and to purchase food, assistance with personal care can be expensive. Medical professionals will cost more per hour than non-medical / companion care. Rates can be as low as $15 per hour (for non-medical/companion care) up to $40-$50 per hour (for medical professionals as RN/LPN's) depending on the level of care required and the location.
Nursing Home costscan start at $6000 per month to as high as $9000 or more. Many people don't realize that assisted living facilities have different levels of care being able to provide a multitude of services and that you should look up assisted living before thinking nursing home.
