A complete profile of your elderly care facility or retirement home( with pictures) will be able to be viewed by future clients. The seniors/family members will be able to contact you directly or they will fill up an application form and allow our system to provide them with the best option for a elderly care facility based on the type of facility and location.

Remember that this website can not control or interfere with a senior application. The moment a senior application is submitted on our website, an automatic e-mail is sent to all the elderly care facilities or retirement homes that are matching the senior’s request.

If more than one application is submitted and it is a match to your facility, then you will receive an e-mail for each application individually.

DO NOT give any information to other facilities, members or non members of this website. You will violate the patient’s confidentiality, as they agreed to disclose their medical information only to the care facilities that are a match to their request, as well as this website's rules. Your membership will be automatically cancelled. If we cancel your membership for disclosing senior’s information to other facilities, you will never be able to register on our website again.

A list of all the seniors applications submitted to this website, up to a 90 day period, can be viewed( but you will NOT BE ABLE to access any) by entering SENIOR APPLICATIONS

 What Is A Policy?

A policy is a written statement that communicates management's intent, objectives, requirements, responsibilities, and standards. A policy is typically described as a deliberate plan of action to guide decisions and achieve rational outcome(s). However, the term may also be used to denote what is actually done, even though it is unplanned.

Policy differs from rules or law. While law can compel or prohibit behaviors, policy merely guides actions toward those that are most likely to achieve a desired outcome.

Policy may also refer to the process of making important organizational decisions, including the identification of different alternatives such as programs or spending priorities, and choosing among them on the basis of the impact they will have. Policies can be understood as political, management, financial, and administrative mechanisms arranged to reach explicit goals.

The intended effects of a policy vary widely according to the organization and the context in which they are made. Broadly, policies are typically instituted to avoid some negative effect that has been noticed in the organization, or to seek some positive benefit. Policy addresses the intent of the organization, whether government, business, professional, or voluntary. Policy is intended to affect the 'real' world, by guiding the decisions that are made. Whether they are formally written or not, most organizations have identified policies.
