SHIPPING
- We ship your order free via USPS priority mail with insurance and receipt confirmation or via FedEx( additional fee required). International orders will be shipped via EMS and your order can be tracked on your national postal service website. You MUST provide correct shipping address. We will not be held responsible if you put an incorrect shipping address by mistake and your order will not qualify for free re-shippment. Our policy is to ship only to the billing address on the credit card you use. Please do not forget to check again that you entered the right address. We do not ship to PO BOXes.
- We send you a Tracking number 48-72 hours after you placed your order. You can start tracking your shippment 24 hours after you received your tracking number.
- We will verify every piece of information that was provided to us. You MUST list the phone number associated with the credit card in use. We will verify via telephone your order as well as the information provided. The name of the company that will appear on your credit card statement is Senior Guide & Job Directory.

RETURNS-EXCHANGES
- If you need to return/exchange a product(s) it must be done within 14 days from the date you received the order. CONTACT US with: order#, date of purchase, name and address, phone number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return confirmation number and address for return. Return product with insurance and confirmation of receipt. We will not be responsible for returned packages lost in the mail.
- If an exchange is needed, we will be charging shipping fees.
- Refunds will be posted to your credit card within 14 days from the receipt date of the returned product(s).
- We WILL NOT offer refunds or exchanges if you didn't contact us within 14days, the watch or the jewelry is not received in the original shrink wrapping, all links must be attached with the watch or jewelry and none of them removed and reattached, the watch or jewelry has no scratch on the entire surface or any marks on the watch glass.
- Restocking fees will be applied as follow: None if the product had a manufacturing defect and is exchanged for the same model item. 20% fees will apply if the product has a manufacturing defect and is exchanged for an item of a different model( fee is waived if we don't have the same model in stock). 20% fees applies if the product is defect and is returned for a refund. 20% fees will apply if the product has no defect but is returned for an exchange with a different model. 20% restocking fees will be charged for products that are not defect but returned for a refund.
- We inspect every product before shipping for any manufacturer defect and we package the products very well in order to prevent damage during transport.
WARRANTY
- We offer 30 days warranty on all watches against mechanical failure with the exception of water damage, intentional damage or mishandling of the product by the customer. Our watches are water spash resistant but not water proof. You CAN NOT shower, swim or dive with them. We offer 30 days warranty on jewelry that has manufacturing defects.
- Covered under warranty: The product has a manufacturer defect or the item does not function as specified on this website. We offer a replacement of the same model as in the original order and the customer assumes all shipping expenses. In the event that a same model replacement is not available, we offer an even exchange of another model or a full refund minus $15 shipping fees( even if the product had no shipping charges).
- Not covered under warranty: Mishandled merchandise by customer, cracked glass( our packing will prevent any damage to the product during shipping), battery failure, unreasonable wear and tear of any kind, and damage caused by water. To avoid damaging your watch you should handle it rather carefully. Make sure that the crown is well-screwed and water doesn't get inside your watch. Do not attempt to change batteries on your own. Do not press the stem too hard or pull the crown out without un-screwing it first because you will damage the crown.

- We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. We also accept WesternUnion and you receive 10% discount if you pay by WesternUnion. CONTACT US for name and address where payment should be sent.
