MONTHLY CHARTING:   Provided to Broward and Palm Beach Counties ONLY.   ALF's 6 Beds or less:    $ 250 ALF's 7 Beds or larger :$ 250+$10 each additional occupied bed   We DO require full payment before we come to your facility. You will be able to pay us on this website.

STATE SURVEY FOR LICENSE RENEWAL     ALF's 6 Beds or less:   Broward and Palm Beach Counties: $1600     ALF's 7 Beds or larger:   Broward and Palm Beach Counties: $ 1600 + $20 each additional occupied bed     We DO require $1000 retainer before starting any work. You can pay us online or by money order, cashier check or personal check that we need to receive before coming to your facility( CONTACT US for mailing address). The remaining of the balance will be paid when we complete the work.

 

STARTING A NEW ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY     ALF's 6 Beds or less or Adult Family Family Home:     Broward and Palm Beach Counties: $4800       We DO require $2400 retainer before starting any work. You can pay on this website( CONTACT US to provide you with a payment amount and a link to payment page) or you can mail us a personal/business check, cashier check or money order.

 

REFUND

There will be NO refund offered if services were provided, however we do guarantee our work.   We will come and prepare your facility for state inspection 6 months before your license expiration date or at your request. To ensure 100% satisfation and a deficiency FREE report, you MUST maintain proper documentation after we leave and until the state surveyor inspects your facility.
